Our service rep was Adam and I found him to be polite and well mannered. He did a walk around the property and proceeded with the general pest control application. To address the possum issue, he positioned the trap in the roof cavity above the service access hole. After a week, I asked that the trap be moved to the backyard under the mango tree where I suspect it had been feeding. The morning after it was moved, we had the animal in the cage.
