Meeting Dr Reddy had been a truly life changing event. I couldn't hear sounds less than 57 decibels on my left ear and 38 decibels on my right ear. All the ENT specialists whom I had consulted, prior to Dr Reddy, told me that using a hearing aid is the only option available to me. I was given to understand that I'm destined to live with this hearing loss for life. But, a chance consultation with Dr Reddy led to the Stapedotomy procedure and my left ear hearing is now at 16 decibels.
