Superb service, great communication, very reliable. Driver Ekrem was very friendly and helpful. He was happy to help with transport and any given time for very competitive price. We will definitely use him next time visiting Alanya. Thank you very much for all your help. See you next year!!!

Be aware of the prices!!! Had a terrible experience. I had to rush to the hospital and booked this taxi without thinking too much. When I arrived, a staff member rudely demanded my passport – even though I was barely able to stand. My partner had to run back to the hotel to fetch it. We then called the taxi again and got it sorted, only to have the driver take us back and forth multiple times. In the end, we were charged €60 for what was essentially a 15-minute trip repeated four times. I honestly thought I was hearing wrong. Completely unreasonable pricing on top of already stressful circumstances. To make matters worse, during the ride the driver asked if he could “pick up his girlfriend” from down the road – but it turned out to be another paying customer with luggage! She was also shocked when she saw us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On my trip back to hotel, others are picked up and taken care of while I am paying 60 Euros. We also made another stop on the way back nobody knows why and for what reasons because the driver didn't bother telling us. I wouls avoid this taxi. Get out on the road which we have done following days and get a taxi from there. Much cheaper and you don't share cab with others while you pay 60 Euros for a trip.
