The customer service rep was easy to deal with & quoted me for my van after I gave him details of the vehicle. It took a few days for the towy to arrive. He was very friendly. Good service, fair pay for my old van, free removal, straight forward. It pays to message the customer service rep to confirm pick up so he can pay the money to your bank account which takes about an hour or so depending on what bank you are with.

Got a second hand battery for my sister small Honda Getz $40 good deal 3 month warranty which is reasonable battery looked in good condition no leaks or oxidized terminals
