I brought my mom to address her flat feet problem. While I appreciate the attentive staff, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the sandals we purchased from their manufacturer. Within a span of 6 months, I had to take the sandals to their outlet for repairs almost three times. Although I appreciate that they repaired them beyond the warranty period, it doesn't make sense for a sandal intended for daily use to require frequent repairs. The sandals cost us nearly RM600 without the sole, and if the problem persists, I may have to purchase a new pair to accommodate the prepared sole. As a customer, I am unhappy with this situation.

Very good service from the consultant, assessment was detailed. instead of pushing me to get a pair of customised insole the consultant recommended me to get something else more suitable to my condition. i would really recommend this place

brought my parent to get proper footwear, as they have been complaining of pain over foot and ankle, got a good foot analysis, knowledgable, honest, not hard selling, and friendly but u might need to book your slot. Highly recommended place to get a proper footwear which may reduce problem to your foot, knee and spine

Currently enjoy my customized insoles, fits well with all my shoes and comfortable too. The price is one of the most affordable ones for good quality. Definitely worth it :)

Great experience from foot nurse staff especially to Mr Kevin. Very knowledgeable ,helpful and consult me with his best advice on my heel spur problem.The most priceless when he consult me not even the insole part but also accompanied me to choose the correct shoes to wear with the insole..special thanks to you and foot nursing.My foot has getting better after 1month using the insole. Excellent service. They helped me understand why I was having the foot pain I did. They are obviously very knowledgeable! Best of all I got the sports shoes I needed after that. Super tough to get soorts shoes for me cos I have wide feet 😆

Both staff are very friendly and professional. They do a foot check thoroughly and even giving some advice to improve my walking posture and foot condition. Been wearing their custom insole for 1 month and my foot pain has reduce. Good quality insole. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. One of a few places in town with an extremely professional approach. They would carry out a complete foot checkup before coming up with any recommendations. They would scan your feet and a explain their findings. They would manually examine your legs and explain their findings. They would look at you walk, and explain. And eventually they would scan again to create a custom 3D insole specifically for you. And again, explain all. Reserve min 30 min for a visit and call first as they might be busy. Avarage price for a custom insole is somewhat RM 750. Shall you go for the 2nd pair, ask for a nice discount.

Like no other Orthopedic stores you'll ever encounter! The people of Foot Nurse are super friendly and will patiently explain every little details you need to know as a customer. They offer good discounts on insoles and the quality is fantastic. It wears off slower than other brands I bought before. Most importantly they are honest on their products unlike any hanky panky, sugar coating fake sellers. It's highly recommended to anyone. Keep up the good work helping people's life. P.S.
