Kevin from Foot Nurse was very considerate and assistive in recommending the right insole for me. He was professional and pleasant to work with, and very helpful in the process of making my custom insoles. At every step of the process, he explained what we were doing, and how it would help my foot/elevate the pain I was feeling. The making of the custom insole process was also very thorough and detailed, and about 3 months later after using my insoles, I find that my foot pain has significantly improved. It only took about 1 week for my insoles to be made, and the follow up after receiving the insoles is also very helpful, as Kevin took the time to ask how my experience with the insoles has been, and gave me some recommendations and advice on how to better my usage with the insoles. The shop is nice, clean and quiet which contributed to a comfortable shopping experience as a customer :)

I had an extremely good experience at Foot Nurse Orthopaedic at Sunway Geo. The person at the store , Kevin, came to get me in their wheelchair from Sunway medical as I had a fractured foot and couldn’t walk. Kevin then wheeled me back to Foot Nurse and fixed me up with the boot for fractured foot n then he wheeled me to grab pick up point n put me into the grab. I would say exceptionally good service and very knowledgeable about the product too. Saved me a few hundred Ringgit as well from buying almost similar product from the hospital. I would highly recommend to go to Sunway Geo Foot Nurse orthopaedics..

I come to know about Foot Nurse Orthopedic located at Sunway Geo Avenue when searching for Orthopedic shoes. Read the reviews and found a lot of good comments. I am surprise that it not only selling Orthopedic footwears, accessories, it also provides custom make insole using advance technology with very reasonable price compare with other podiatry clinic. Besides, Kevin also provides excellent and very professional services to his customers. I met Kevin there and describe my bunion issue with him. He is very experience and knowledgeable guy. He provides very professional service/advice to me. He analyzes my foot problem and advices me to try few options. He explains the pro and con of over counter or custom make insole. I decided to choose custom make insole since I start feeling pain on top of my right foot and may need adjustment later. He monitors my foots pressure point map using advance digital foot mapping and really put efforts to help solve my problems. May is super attentive on my flat feet, checking which insole fits best to me, patiently understand all my situation and assign variety of insole that figs me, i got immediate relief after ages of pain! A very good good good customer service. Staff named Kevin was so helpful to explain everything about my foot problem (flat foot problem). He also give extra advice on how to take care of my foot since i am a homebaker and need to stand for a long time everyday. He also do an extra assesment for my husband's foot. Hopefully the ready insole fit well to my foot and help me to walk and stand better without pain insyaAllah.
