Where can I start! Kirill was amazing from our 1st chat via email & it just went uphill from there! Alex & another gentleman arrived promptly & got to work. Very kind & worked fast! I had a 2bdrm w/huge furniture moving from upstairs to another upstairs. The move out & move in went by fast until they got to the deep sitting sofa up the stairs & that’s when Alex called Kirill to the rescue. I was in a panic mode & Kirill drove out to assist with making sure all my furniture was in the home! Y’all, I almost cried & 1 believe Kirill saw my eyes watering & his words to me were, never give up & then he showed me how Alex’s morning went & that made my issue tiny! I recently hired Smoove for my move, and honestly, they were incredible! From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and way less stressful than I expected. The team was super careful with all my stuff, wrapping and securing everything to make sure nothing got damaged. They really took their time with each item, making me feel like my things were in good hands. Even though it was a long day, they didn't rush or cut corners, which I really appreciated. I had two projects with them, they worked all night and the second project they showed up on time! They are great! They were also great about asking where I wanted things to go in my new place. I didn't have to rearrange anything afterward because they got it all right on the first try! Plus, they were so friendly and easygoing, which made the whole process way more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to help, even with the little details, and made sure I was settled before they left. If you're looking for a moving company that's reliable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing a great job, I can't recommend Smoove enough. They made a usually nerve-wracking experience actually enjoyable. If l ever move again, I'll be calling them without a doubt!
