Brown’s Tire Service And Diesel Repair

Came through town on a Saturday going to San Antonio and about 30 minutes before Van Horn and we realized we were losing pressure with a nail in a tire. Stopped here and he was busy, but did us a great favor. Got my family back on the road quick.

The guys at Brown’s are amazing! They met us on a Sunday evening and quickly assessed our issue. Fixed our trailer hub and got us on the road again. Definitely give them a call if you are in need!

Truck broke down on mm153. Called for road service got towed to shop. Met Jason and i agree with everyone else whom did service with this guy and his son!. This mechanic is fast,reliable,knowledgeable and just looking at the problem he knows his job. You ever breakdown or have a situation passing thru Van Horn,Tx. FREAKIN CALL THIS GUY… hes the man. 10 stars for this brother and his son!.

The guys at Browns (specifically Jim) answered the phone at 6PM on a Sunday to me. I had just noticed grease was being thrown out from one of the seals in the tag axle of my motorhome. They were at my parking spot within 15 minutes. They inspected the issue, said it was minor and topped off the lubricant and assured me that I could finish my trip to Mesa safely and get the seal replaced at my convenience. I asked what the charge was and Jim said “nothing”. I insisted of course but that’s some amazing customer service!

Answered on the first ring when we called at 8am Sunday morning. Was to our location within an hour. Had our 2018 Freightliner Cascadia back on the road shortly after. Hope we never have to use them again, but would do it gladly if we needed to.

Great experience! Very honest and super friendly people. My semi had A check engine light, Service soon and derate in two hours. The shop hooked my truck up to the computer , was completely honest about the codes being inactive. He explained what each of the 3 inactive codes meant and how the engine works so I would understood. I have been driving for less than a year, They could have charge me for things that didn’t need to be done, but they didn’t. I Very highly recommend this shop if you’re looking For honesty. Called the shop yesterday at 3:00 pm with a bad alternator and a fan clutch wired ripped out do to the belt snapping . They gave me a flat price and I’m up and running today .. Amazing work and great customer service . Thank you guys

Guy don’t waste your time and money, Don’t go there! My experience with their phone service was extremely disappointing. The representatives not only spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone, but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy toward customers.
