I had an appointment at 6:45 PM on Feb 26. I parked at 6:47 PM as it took a few minutes to find parking. I received a call at 6:50 PM but missed it because I was crossing the road. I immediately called back at 6:52 PM, but no one answered. I reached the door around 6:51 and maybe a few seconds PM and found it closed. At 6:53 PM, another client exited and I was able to speak with the receptionist.
I explained that I had driven 25 minutes to get there and was only about 5–6 minutes late. She mentioned she had tried calling me, and I was about to explain that I couldn’t answer because I was crossing the street. Instead of showing any understanding, she was dismissive and rude. While I was speaking with my hand on the door, she abruptly shut it and said, “We close at 7.” Why does it say 9 PM on google?
The way the situation was handled made me feel humiliated and deeply insulted. The interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. As a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
I request the owner to talk with her. She was an Asian, I am not aware of her name.
