Excellent service. Great team. And shout out to Liz B. that has to deal with me for 5 years now - and for many more to come. Ahh… and Gowry for the support as well in all things admin. If you are committed to your mental health I highly recommend calling KMA and getting started!

Completed an intake session and a follow-up consultation. My therapist was really good and I was looking forward to continuing the program. However, their admin processes have left a really sour taste in my mouth. After my intake session, my notes weren't saved in the system, so when I went for the consultation, it was basically a repetition of the intake session. I was asked the same questions all over again and got nothing new out of it. On top of that, I was also charged for both sessions. I really feel like my money was wasted and it was no fault on my part. I emailed the owner as well, but received no response. Anyway, I had requested my subsequent consultation the week after, and assumed it was scheduled for the time requested, but didn't receive a confirmation email the day of. Tried calling their office a few times to make sure it was still happening, and no one answered. I'm now pretty frustrated and I'm just going to find a different therapist. KMA needs to communicate with its clients better. Updated review: The owner, Kimberly, reached out to me and apologized for the issue. There were very understandable circumstances why she couldn't get back to me sooner. I was also compensated for the admin error. Will be continuing with KMA.

I have been attending KMA for marriage counselling for almost a year and I would highly recommend their services. Our counsellor Jade has been a great fit for us and she has made a huge difference in our marriage. The administrative staff have been prompt and professional and the office space is warm and inviting. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that I do think their prices are on the high side but as I have said for us it has been life changing and I hope it is for you as well!

The staff is incredibly friendly. The therapists are incredibly helpful and got me through some extremely challenging times. KMA is worth going to just to meet Laura McCormick, their incredibly talented massage therapist. She helped me resolve pain issues that have been bothering me for over a decade.

Friendly staff and helpful therapists. The intake meeting was quick and i started working with a therapist quickly, unlike other therapy offices that had wait times of six months. No complaints about the company, only that the building doors lock at 7:30, I feel bad making who ever is at the desk come down to let me in.

I was really disappointed at my initial appt. it's like robbery; nearly 150 dollars for a lady to sit there ask you questions and then half an hour later be told someone will call you. That could of easily been done through an intake questionnaire and not once was I told about what my counselling may look like, what to expect, type of therapy etc. It's the strangest system. The worse part is you need to submit the name of an actual psychologist to receive benefits which means you pay top dollar for non psychologist to do your intake. The location is also terrible to get to; tones of construction and I was literally half hour early and by the time I found a place to park and get to KMA I was twenty minutes late for my appt. I'm sure they offer decent counselling but you do feel it run more as a "business" with great marketing as oppose to a cozy friendly place that you feel comfortable attending.

I inquired about the services offered at KMA Therapy and received a prompt standard email response regarding the intake session, cost and availability times. Unsure of what is considered a typical psychotherapy intake process, I inquired further about what happens if I am not matched to a satisfactory therapist and if the intake fee ($130 for 30mins) would still be charged. I felt it was reasonable to ask because many places offer a quick assessment free of charge. I have yet to receive a response and it has been several days now.

Kimberly Moffit and Associates is simply amazing. When I first found them online I just thought to myself why not try it out and see where it takes me. To be honest I didn't think going to a psychotherapist was that big of a help, but Kimberly has been there all the way and pretty much helped me get through my problems and goals in life. I am proud of myself for going to Kimberly for help, not only did it help me get back up on my feet but I realized many things. She is an amazing psychotherapist to go to, friendly staff and beautiful office decor. After my experience with her, I'm willing to see what else her clinic offers because every time I've been there I never wanted to leave; warm and welcoming. If anyone is thinking about going to a psychotherapist or psychologist, trust me with my word go give Kimberly and her associates a try; you will love the experience and you won't look back. I believe she is a trusted and experienced advisor.
