Truly a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet residential area of Muratpaşa, Fatma Sultan Restaurant feels like a delightful discovery. The restaurant is set in a beautifully preserved old Turkish home, with charming seating both in the courtyard and indoors. The ambience is tastefully decorated. The food is traditional Turkish cuisine that genuinely tastes home-cooked. We started with spinach börek, followed by Tavuk Beğendi (Sultan’s Delight with chicken) and Levrek Beğendi (Sea Bass Delight), paired with local red wine. Every dish was delicious. Highly recommended for both the cuisine and the memorable ambience.

They had a vegan menu what was great, the food was delicious and seemed very traditional. Also the atmosphere was super nice and calm. However, we were a bit irritated when the waitress took the plate away from us just because we hadn't eaten from it for about 5 minutes, but we weren't finished yet 😅
