Myhomeware did it again! I primarily use their products because of the build quality and durability of their fixtures and finishes. I specialize in custom, luxury kitchen & bathrooms, and I need products that can handle daily use while maintaining their aesthetic appeal for years. Their ceramic glazes, solid brass components, and vanity hardware are noticeably superior to other suppliers. While they offer very competitive pricing, the real value lies in the long-term performance—we spend less time dealing with warranty issues post-completion. Our clients are always impressed, and it reflects positively on our workmanship.

We had a very positive experience with My Homeware. They offer an impressive variety of products across bathroom and home fittings, and their pricing is genuinely competitive compared to many other suppliers we researched. The exchange process was also very straightforward and easy to manage, which gave us confidence purchasing from them. A special thank you to Serene, who assisted us throughout the consultation and delivery process. We are not the easiest customers. I’m quite particular about what I want, and Serene was incredibly patient. She answered countless questions (some conversations stretched over hours and even days), and her communication was consistently clear and prompt. What I appreciated most was that she wasn’t just processing orders. She shared her personal perspective when appropriate, which helped us consider angles we may have otherwise overlooked. She also saved us from an accidental purchase. We had added what we thought were unique robe hooks to our order, but they were actually bathroom plugs. Serene found it unusual given the rest of our selections and proactively asked about our intention before processing the order.
