Ian saved the day! About 77 miles from home, my tire blew out on the 41 just south of Kettleman City. It was cold, late, and the fog was getting thick. Instead of relying on insurance to relay information, Ian personally called to let me know he was on his way, and his kindness and reassurance over the phone immediately eased my stress.
He arrived quickly, was incredibly polite, and treated both me and my kiddo with genuine care. He had us safely back on the road in what felt like just a few minutes. So grateful for his help! Highly recommend.

Ian was wonderful! I was stuck with a shredded tire on the 101 freeway and he responded immediately, kept in constant contact until he arrived, was knowledgeable, comforting, and efficient. I was on my way in no time. I especially appreciated his compassionate caring for my situation. As an older woman, driving alone, it can be scary out there! It’s people like Ian who make the difference.
