Lynn is a consummate professional, going above and beyond constantly as a service provider. A couple years ago we combed through our home policy to make sure that we were "truly" covered. We buttoned the policy and its coverages right up without surprise. Recently I needed to lean in and I had real questions...Lynn got the chain going and I was able to make things happen that needed to happen. It wasn't out of sight out of mind weeks later, she circled back to make sure I was in fact taken care of. You will not find this level of service at the self service level. It truly does pay to go with a local agency who understands your needs on a local level, without having to give up competitive rates. The service is free, use it!!!
