We had an amazing time!!! It was so much fun, we will definitely be back for more!!! Customer service was great. All the staff was extremely kind and professional. We were able to reschedule without an issue and we didn’t have any trouble reaching out to someone to ask questions. Worth it!!!

We had an amazing time on the jet ski ride with Jemol! He was very professional, guided us really well, and made sure we enjoyed the whole experience. He even helped take pictures and videos for us, which was a big plus. Definitely will be coming back again — highly recommend!

Booked the Bentley Pontoon boat for 10 friends to celebrate my boyfriends birthday on a perfect partly cloudy Sunday afternoon! Our captain Mark was so accommodating and Bri helped coordinate/answer any questions I had prior to our boat ride. Overall a great experience and highly recommend Shaods & Miracles if you’re in the DC Area. You won’t get better pricing, vibes, and double thumbs up to supporting a local Black owned business!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with this company was amazing. I was given instructions on how to navigate the marina, where we will be heading, and how to ensure that we have a great time. Jamal was an excellent instructor and great photographer. I plan to book with this business once again!

There were five of us who rented jet skis--both singles and doubles. Jomal was our guide. It was an amazing experience. All of us were first time jet ski riders. We learned the ropes, and had a blast. Three of our group were teenagers. They were raving. We all had an amazing time and felt very safe.

We were in Washington for 5 days all the way from Australia and wanted to hire some jet skis, we found shaods website online and booked in a session. We had a great time out on the water and a very helpful experience with Jamal as his expertise and knowledge of the lake was outstanding. Next time we are in DC will be back

Went here for my anniversary... Staff was helpful, respectful. They gave me and my wife a warm welcoming. This place is awesome. I feel like the price is fair. I'm definitely coming back. Jamal was an awesome dude props to him, great coach. The intake lady very nice who took our pictures and our paperwork

I brought my boyfriend here as a surprise date a few weeks ago and I had so much fun! Absolutely coming back! Everything was so easy, from making the reservation to finding the place. Equipment was very clean and the people working here were kind and knowledgeable. They took great care of us! Safety was strictly enforced which is very important. Also, shoutout to the office lady Bri, she is so sweet and helped me out when I was having trouble with my card! Overall 10/10!

Our host Jamal was amazing. He made sure we were all comfortable before taking us out into the open water. He was very friendly and even took videos and pictures for us. Highly recommend this rental!

Shaod’s is seriously one of the best experiences I ever had! I went out to jet ski for the first time and it was a blast! Everything went super smooth, from the customer service over the phone to our instruction on the water! I haven’t felt that much adrenaline in awhile, so I will definitely come back again!
