I visited Agua looking for a shower kit and received outstanding customer service from Niusha and another gentleman. They patiently answered my questions and explained in detail the features of the various options. When l made my decision on a second visit, l was served by Niusha and placed a deposit on my order. What impressed me most was that she went above and beyond to ensure that l made the most advantageous choice, by calling me before my pick-up and drawing my attention to a promotion that better served my needs. In the end I received a superior product and complemented it with another product. I dealt with both Niusha and the other gentleman at least twice and each time was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I would like to thank them both for my positive experience at Agua!

Such a friendly and positive experience both on the phone and in person. Nuisha understands the product and saved me time and money by asking the right questions to confirm I had the correct part for my sink setup (I didn’t). Both she and Laura are so helpful and authentic, it was a pleasure to deal with them. And it’s a Canadian company :)

After some research we found Agua is the best choice within our budget, their rough in valves are made of solid brass and the cartridges are ceramic, which is hard to find in this price range, we end up bought one shower system (vienna) and two faucets, We've had it installed for 3 weeks now (by contractor) We're happy with all of them so far, like the water pressure and the quality of the finish. Didn't give 5 stars because I rarely do, there is always room for improvement. For example, I feel the handheld shower head of our shower system is a bit light in weight. But over all is very good so far.

My experience overall was positive with Agua Canada and I'm happy to support a Canadian distributor. My online order arrived damaged, but the company owned it and made it right. The service was great and I believe these folks genuinely care about their customers. Very pleased with the price as well. Would buy from them again.

" A Different Experience" When shopping online, there comes a clearly superior customer service ethic, that stands above all the smiley "thank you" s that are actually like being in voicemail prison. My technical questions and requests about one (1!) of their sinks were handled by Laura LeBlanc, Agua Canada's Sales Manager, in a lightning fast email blitz that included product specs, location to see a specific sink and dealing with the mistaken measurements in Rona's specs on their website. It leaves a positive feeling about dealing with Agua Canada even if their distributors are in a cloud. I have no qualms about Agua Canada's support if I encounter problems using or installing the sink. Thank you for giving space to recognize your effort, and to use you as an example to other agencies who dissemble when they don't care to find facts.

The team at Agua Canada are excellent! Especially, Laura LeBlanc who always goes the second mile for me. She gives good styling advice and always takes good care of my customers. I would highly recommend Agua for customer service, quality products and value.

I had the pleasure of working with Niusha from the North York showroom while remodeling my bathroom. I had to make lots of decisions and changes on the fly, and she was very helpful and patient through it all. She had great suggestions, and I really valued her expertise when choosing fixtures. Delivery was fast with no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Agua Canada to family and friends.

Check the colour of the actual pieces you are buying side by side, don't assume they will be close enough as on display. Good selection, quality and service. Toilet flushes in same way like a toto. They are professionals.
