Melda Bates, REALTOR®

Melda Bates is a dedicated real estate expert with deep industry experience, known for her commitment to clients and colleagues. Born in Detroit and raised in a small Michigan town, she moved to Florida at 14 and later attended Daytona State College. Melda spent five years as marketing director for a top Central Florida team before relocating to Virginia in 2012 . She earned her real estate licenses by 2014 and her Associate Broker’s license in 2017. Melda also has a background in architecture. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, and time with her Giant Schnauzers, George and Betty, and her bougie street dog, Henry the Bouvier des Flandres.
