On top of that, the service is simply outstanding. Today, despite how busy they were, every single member of staff took the time to offer friendly, thoughtful, and personalised support. They explained things clearly, offered helpful advice, and even took time to chat about how I could make the most of NHS services. It’s clear they truly care. Their approach is warm, natural, and deeply professional. It’s rare to experience such consistent dedication and attention to detail. Very rude and poor service – something is always missing. Recently, the pharmacist didn’t even know what Bepanthen cream was, even though they’ve been working for 3 years – how is that possible? 🤦‍♀️😂 “Bepanthen ointment cream is available at most major stores, like Boots, Tesco, and other pharmacies. And he said he had never seen it before. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😭
