Ive been going to Vida Eleveda my entire pregnancy for prenatal yoga and have seen so much progress. Im giving birth in one week and have felt more calm and prepared for birth than ever. Angie, the yoga instructor is so thoughtful and classes are specially made for me, with mantras, oils, and all the makings of a pre natal yoga class. The private class is amazing and they are so accommodating about times. I will definitely be coming back for the regular yoga classes once I heal from the baby and will bring the baby for adjustments as well. The rest of the staff there is friendly, courteous and professional. Not to mention their chiropractic care for prenatal women. Joline the owner creates a community of openness and inclusivity and it feels like a community when you walk in the door every time. Professionalism, quality and kindness - can not be beat.

Went to today for my first acupuncture session with Anahi. I was very pleased! She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. She relieved my neck pain tremendously in just 1 session. Highly recommended 😁

As an aging athlete it’s been the best find in Lima. Their treatment starts with an assessment using machinery to pinpoint where you are out of whack. Then they do an intensive phase where they adjust you back into place before being on a more casual maintenance plan. I have blood flow where it was once restricted and I’m recovering faster after workouts. It’s extremely professional, punctual and their staff is very knowledgeable. 100% recommend.
