I’m from Cagayan and I’m really disappointed with the Batil Patong I purchased for 168 pesos. The portion was lacking in ingredients compared to the Batil Patong I’ve had in Tuguegarao, which was only 150 pesos but much more satisfying. I hope you can address this issue and improve the quality.

The place is air-conditioned so you won't have to worry about the heat. As for the food, it is quite okay, but for the price of it, I would say it's quite expensive for the portion they are serving.
