I saw this place all over TikTok when looking into chinatown must-visits. I would have to agree that this place is a mist try for boba in Chinatown. My taro tea had a few clumps of powder at the bottom, but the tea still had a great flavor, as did the boba tapioca pearls themselves. I’ve been to places to where you bite into it & its flavorless, but UniUni has it down! The pearls had the perfect level of sweetness. The tuna Onigri was delicious too! Not sure if they’re homemade or premade as I honestly didnt check, but I did enjoy it a lot. It was my first time trying it and I would definitely buy it again.

the place is cute, i went for the ZZZ collab but there was another event going on which was fun. the drink i had was good and the food was not bad. however, i feel like the workers didn’t know what they were doing with the collab. i asked if i could get a different drink than the collab but they charged me for a separate drink and food without telling me. i also had to ask for the cup i wanted, and after they handed me my stuff i had to ask AGAIN for the merch that comes with it. another huge thing is they don’t have a bathroom, even if you are a paying customer. they told me i could go to the food court and use one but they didn’t let me either. so i most likely will not be coming back here and i hope they can improve these things in the future.
