Honestly so so so disappointed as a long term costumer. Their quality of drink and food has dropped drastically over the past years. And I can’t even tell you how bad is it now comparing to what it was before. The mochi puer milk tea is the best example, it used to be rich and tasty with a decent amount of mochi that actually tastes like mochi. Now it’s watered down, tastes like flavored water with some cotton candy inside. It’s disgusting and I’m so sad to see it like this bc I actually like it before and I’ve given it chances but seems like it’s gonna stay at this low quality forever.

Ordered at the kiosk and the food was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Smooth experience and great service — I’ll definitely come back.
