Toni was amazing to us. She came out and was prepared with as many comps and as much research regarding our property as possible. She gave us options surrounding listing (fast and done with a more on target price, or more $ possibly, but a longer time on market). She had everything going within a week and our house was promoted and generating lots of interest. She made sure we knew how to make her look her best and what to expect every step. Beyond being an excellent agent, she is also such a sweet, kind, caring person. I had calls throughout to make sure we were doing ok, and that we were clear on the step we were on. Even though we were probably the worst transaction of her career she was so kind and gracious. There was never a moment when she was anything but wonderful. I’ve dealt with other agents in the magic valley and I wouldn’t want anyone but Toni in any future interaction, and I can say this as someone not originally from the magic valley, and who didn’t know Toni before.
