Taylor Ross: Allstate Insurance Monroe, NC

I've been with Allstate and Taylor Ross for many years now. Recently I was hit from behind and suddenly thrown into the stress and headache of filing a claim, car repair and car rental etc etc...... all of which can turn your once peaceful life upside DOWN!! But with Dillon Hills help and guidance, the stress and headache and sleepless nights were kept to a minimum!!! Almost every day Dillon and I emailed or spoke on the phone. He was always very positive and thoughtful but also truthful about the whole claim and possible outcome. I knew the whole time that I could turn to him for answers or advice and he would never make me feel like I was a burden or headache. You have no idea how much that meant to me! Dillon Hill is worth his weight in GOLD.!!! He is not only good at his job but he goes out of his way to make his customers feel important, looking for ways to go the extra mile and does it with genuine care and concern. That kind of help and guidance is exactly what every person needs at a time like this!! I highly recommend this Allstate office, Taylor Ross and Dillon Hill !! I'm staying with them on my team!!
