Pall Mall Barbers London | Westminster

Really nice guys working there. But their website etc boast best barbers in London etc: most disappointment cut I've had. I had to go to my local, £20 barber to sort it out after dropping nearly £50 on a "premium style". Shame. The shop itself is fine but doesn't have a premium style. Shame. The guys are nice. But... Won't go again.

I have been with Liborio now for 3 years and in my opinion there is no one who comes close to his level of skill, attention to detail and professionalism. Despite living out of London I still make time to travel down because there isn’t anyone else I’d trust with my beard! Out of convenience I have been to some other “top” beard barbers in the midlands but I would rather spend the money travelling to get my beard done by Liborio. Highly recommend!

Precision at its best! Harold was truely involved in my hair cut. Knowledgeable, dedicated and zero error barber- Harold💯 Had a real nice experience. Worth the money too.

Had a haircut with Harold and I’m genuinely impressed. He’s got that perfect mix of being super chill but really knowing his craft. I gave him a rough idea of what I wanted, and he absolutely nailed it, cleaned it up, made it sharp, but still kept it looking natural. The whole vibe was relaxed, and you can tell he really takes his time to get it right. Easily one of the best haircuts I’ve had in ages. If you’re after someone who listens and knows his craft, Harold’s your guy.

I have been visiting Harold for about 12 months now and can say that he is by far the best barber I have visited. Harold is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect haircut that fitted my features. I have sent multiple friends to Harold and we all refuse to go anywhere else or see any other barber. I cannot recommend Paul Mall Westminster and Harold higher, always a pleasure to visit and leave with a fantastic haircut.

Great Barbershop in London – Ask for Denis! I had an excellent experience at this barbershop during my visit to London. The place is clean, stylish, and has a really welcoming vibe. Denis was my barber and he did an outstanding job – professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. He listened to what I wanted and delivered a sharp, fresh cut that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended if you're in London and need a great haircut. Be sure to ask for Denis!

Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the positive reviews. The appointment started late as the barber was outside smoking and talking on the phone. During the haircut, there were multiple interruptions as he was distracted by personal messages on WhatsApp, which affected both the atmosphere and the quality of the service. Most disappointing was the haircut itself—it didn’t reflect my request at all. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience, and I won’t be returning.

Harold gave me one of the cleanest fades I’ve ever had, well worth the money. He is an experienced professional with high attention to detail - if you are in need of a cut and unsure of where to go, do yourself a massive favour and book in a spot with him at the Westminster shop.
