In the last 12 years I’ve purchased one house and sold another with Mark as my agent. When we were purchasing we were looking for a unique property. Mark was very patient and only sent us properties that met our guidelines. He went above and beyond bridging every gap. Years later I needed to sell a different home and Mark did such a phenomenal job previously; I hired him as my selling agent. Mark was wonderful at communicating from both a buyer and seller perspective and great at looking out for his client.

Mark and team went on an epic journey with us to find our little slice of heaven in Sonoma. When we couldn't find a developed property we loved as the right price point, Mark was able to help us see the option of buying and developing ourselves. He found us a great property, we immediately went into escrow and because it was a subdivision, it took 14 months to close. Mark was incredibly patient and guided us through the ups and downs of the extended escrow timeline and complex subdivision process. In the end, we have a beautiful property that we'll enjoy for decades to come. Mark is knowledgeable, able to connect us with great referrals for design and renovation, is responsive, thorough and lovely to work with.
