I've visited this clinic twice and it is my preferred urgent care clinic. This place really is elite. The front desk check in is courteous and friend and most of all efficient. They don't leave you standing around filling out forms (even on my first visit) and they get you checked in and to a provider as quickly as possible. And the providers aren't here are supportive and have great bedside manner. They take the time to get to know you, how long you've been sick, and talk through tests and then explain the treatment for the illness. They are friendly and courteous-you're not just a number. They are thorough and friendly from the check experience to when you leave to get your prescription. 100% recommend this clinic.

Best urgent care in Lincoln! We won’t go anywhere else. Every single person—from the front desk to the nurses, med assistants, PAs, and doctors—is so friendly and caring. They get you back to a room quickly, and you’re never stuck waiting forever to see someone. They really take the time to listen and understand why you’re there. We’ve taken both of our littles and they’re awesome with kids—so patient and kind! They go above and beyond, even following up after your visit (and it’s the actual Doctor or PA who calls!). We’ll keep coming back here for all of our urgent care needs.
