Kim was AMAZING! I was a first time homebuyer, with marginal credit and a mortgage agent that was difficult to work with. Kim went totally above and beyond, to educate me through the entire process and was always easily available, and worked with my schedule. From teaching me the ins and outs and pros and cons, and using all of her contacts to assist, finding a house that meets my needs AND fits within my mortgage guidelines, to helping me battle with my lender and agent when she found me my dreamhouse. She was able to get me a quick sale that worked with my prior lease ending. She then worked with the seller to fix things up to her standards before signing. I am so lucky to have found her, and had her by my side. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Kim. She was on our side the entire time - she didn't try to pressure us into anything but always supported us and helped us learn how to hunt for homes and what matters to us. She worked at all hours to help us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone , but especially first time buyers like us!
