In my experience, customer service is always top notch. Never have I been ignored or denied a call back if the question was not answered on the spot. The staff (Lisa & Lori), are very experienced @the Mangal- Allstate Office. I will continue to be a customer for a long time as long as they continue to provide exceptional service.
