Flame Truck Parking – Sumner (136th Ave E • SR-167 Corridor)

We had parking and gave a legal 15-day notice to cancel it on January 15. However, we were still charged $2,100 on February 1. When we called, Kenny said it was a company system glitch and the money would be refunded soon. But after many follow-up calls, we kept getting the same excuse. Eventually, Kenny blocked our number. When we tried calling from other numbers, someone answered but gave no proper response—and then we were charged another $2,100. They are still not responding and only giving excuses.

Kenny is a crook. Do not do business with them. I prepaid 6 months with the promise to be refunded unused months if I moved out early. Never got a refund. Kenny kept my money and has dodged my calls for weeks. Also, the lot is trash and riddled with potholes. No designated parking spots. It’s pretty much a free for all. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with them. Edit: In response to “management” claims of our terms being non-refundable, I’ve attached a picture which clearly shows we agreed to refundable terms. Additionally, if our terms had been non-refundable as they claim, they wouldn’t have been screening my calls and emails and avoiding me for the last 3 weeks. In addition to being a crook, Kenny is also dishonest.
