I adopted a puppy from ATS around a year ago, and I’m extremely happy with the quality of the breed. My puppy is fit, healthy, active, and very cheerful. The staff was excellent during the adoption process—polite, patient, and honest. They never pressured me into buying a pricier breed or misled me in any way. However, their post-purchase support needs improvement. As a first-time pet owner, I reached out to their ATS Care number multiple times for guidance, but they were often hard to reach and rarely called back. Some of my queries had to be repeated several times as they were forgotten. Overall, great experience in terms of getting a healthy and well-bred puppy, but better customer support would make it perfect. Thanks for giving me the best puppy!

This shop keeps pets for sale and is known for the guidance, training, and knowledge they provide when you purchase a pet from their shop. They also give a post-purchase service and their staff is pretty good at their job. There was some confusion between products, but the staff was supportive and explained everything in detail.
