Gene is the best realtor ever worked together. I moved from CT to CA years ago and I had to sell my property remotely. So communications through email/text and over the phone were super important. His response was very timely and his advice was very helpful and professional to make it successful transaction. He led the way for selling and closing very smoothly and in a timely manner. Considering his professionalism and the way he helped me, even this 5 star rating is not sufficient enough. He is above and beyond. I’ve known Gene Pica for over 30 years. He has always been honest, caring, and attentive personally and in all of his real estate transactions. My husband and I purchased our first home through Gene 16 years ago. It was a great experience, executed flawlessly with intimate attention to detail. We recently decided to sell that home and would only consider Gene to be our agent. Because we were moving out of state, the logistics of the sale and move were complicated, but Gene was there for us every step of the way and removed a lot of our stress. Not only did he make it a pleasant experience but he was able to sell our home for more than it was listed for in record time. We are only sad that we can’t use Gene again because we are no longer in Connecticut.
