Bensalem Family Dentistry: Eisenbrock Michael L DDS

Zero stars! I went to this office 4 x to see the Dentist and Dr Eisenbrock never bothered to examine me. It was more important to office to charge me for Deep cleaning, hygienist said when I asked to see the Dentist, we only are seen by him if we have a problem. Excuse me, if I need deep cleaning because I have deep pockets than I have a problem! Hygienist Shouldn’t Be DIAGNOSING me it’s illegal!!!! DR is Too important to see his patients. I will find a more down to earth Dentist who just wants your money.

I have been a patient of Doctor Eisenbrock since he started his practice. Not only is the Doctor personable and friendly, but he always seems to have a confident straight forward approach to whatever my situation is with my teeth. I have never had an issue. Although member of the staff may have changed over the years, which is expected, they have always treated me like family, and have always been warm to me and made me feel welcome in their office. Keep up the good work!!

Amazing experience every visit! Extremely knowledgeable and caring staff that ensure your total comfort is always top priority. Doc is direct & efficient to address all issues while providing each step of the process so you are aware of all procedures at all times. My wife & I both frequent the office for multiple visits as the lovely staff provided a total breakdown of appointments and costs needed to complete necessary dental work to cater to our lifestyle and finances. Follow up texts and calls are received after every visit to monitor the work provided to us which is comforting to know how much they care. We are known on a first name basis which is a true value with their client service!

Dr. Eisenbrock and his staff are amazing! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but I always feel comfortable when I am there. They are caring, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Easily the best dentist office around.

Going to the dentist used to scare me. There, I said it. But ever since I started seeing Dr Eisenbrock, I actually look forward to going. The staff is very friendly and the work they do is excellent. They answer all my questions, no matter how many times I ask. He has instilled in me that routine checkups will avoid big problems. I am living proof of that. I am beyond happy that I found a dentist that I like and trust. A rare thing to find these days.

The staff at Bensalem Family Dentistry is great! My dad and I recently became patients of the practice and thus far our experience has been a good one. Upon my first arrival the staff greeted me happily; making jokes which made me know I was in a comfortable environment. My first cleaning and exam was very thorough and a breeze. I came in a few weeks later to get copies of my x-rays and that was a quick and painless process as well. The staff remembered who I was calling me by my nickname while making sure everything was in line for the orthodontist whom they referred. I am glad we were referred to the Bensalem Family Dentistry and I look forward to coming in for my next cleaning.

Dr. Eisenbrock and his staff are amazing. I always feel welcomed and comfortable in his office. I actually don't dread going to the dentist anymore. I am glad to have found such a wonderful practice and I would highly recommend him.

I've been using Dr. Eisenbrock at Bensalem Family Dentistry for many years and have always received excellent attention and care. I have always found that the staff pays attention to my needs and fears from the receptionist to the dentist. They help me to plan my visits to ensure that I return for follow up care or return to complete a procedure. As I have aged I am very concerned about keeping my teeth as healthy as possible and Bensalem Family Dentistry has helped me do that.

Dr. Eisenbrock and his staff went above and beyond to take care of me. The office was closed when I called to report a dental pain; however, they made the necessary arrangements to see me. Dr. Eisenbrock performed a root canal in which was 100% painless and the price was very reasonable (I didi not have any type of dental insurance). 1 year ago I had a dental bridge done at the same office - I am a repeat customer because I am very satisfied with their services and level of professionalism!

The entire staff is so nice and really make you feel at ease. Dr. Eisenbrock did a wonderful job fixing my denture and the root canal work was painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eisenbrock to anyone who feels anxious or afraid of the dentist.
