Bensalem Family Dentistry: Eisenbrock Michael L DDS

Zero stars! I went to this office 4 x to see the Dentist and Dr Eisenbrock never bothered to examine me. It was more important to office to charge me for Deep cleaning, hygienist said when I asked to see the Dentist, we only are seen by him if we have a problem. Excuse me, if I need deep cleaning because I have deep pockets than I have a problem! Hygienist Shouldn’t Be DIAGNOSING me it’s illegal!!!! DR is Too important to see his patients. I will find a more down to earth Dentist who just wants your money.

I have been a patient of Doctor Eisenbrock since he started his practice. Not only is the Doctor personable and friendly, but he always seems to have a confident straight forward approach to whatever my situation is with my teeth. I have never had an issue. Although member of the staff may have changed over the years, which is expected, they have always treated me like family, and have always been warm to me and made me feel welcome in their office. Keep up the good work!!
