I started my home buying journey in 2023. I was particular about what I wanted. Bill has been amazing. I have known quite a few other realtors, some of them friends, but I would never trust my real estate transactions to anyone else but Bill Moomaw. The most valuable part of everything has been his unending willingness to explain EVERYTHING I wanted to know. I am very detail oriented and ask lots of questions about why this process or why that decision, etc etc. He never blew me off and always spent tons of time explaining every detail to my satisfaction. It was like having an AI assistant that knew everything about whatever I asked. He never had to “go check on that” or “investigate why that is”. He always had the answers. The correct answers. We could delve into demographics, trends, his advice was always top notch, detailed and with basis in experience and reality. He would frequently redirect me in my thought process as he was thinking of solutions that had never occurred to me. If not for his perseverance with me, I would not have a house. During the actual buying process after having settled on a home, his assistant Celeste was ALWAYS on point. The communication is incredibly timely. I have never met her but trust her completely to not drop the ball as she has shown fantastic attention to each step of the process. Every time something was needed she immediately communicated with me and liaised well with my loan officer (also recommended by Bill). Bill put me in touch with one of the best inspectors I have ever dealt with. He has assembled an awesome team of professionals for all your home buying needs. Because of my specific parameters my process was long and arduous and yet Bill stuck with me the whole way, never pressuring, always advising and I finally got my home. I had to do work in the process but I never had to KNOW what to do. Bill guided me every step. It is the rare professional that will spend so much time explaining whatever you want to know without reservation. Plus having someone that actually KNOWS what they are talking about.
