I have been a part of Allstate for several years now. And I must say Tiffany has been nothing short of amazing and more than willing to help me at any given time, even when it was probably more of an inconvenience on part especially when it came to my horrible timing on things. She's always been very quick to help me anytime I've needed it and for that I'm grateful. Good customer service is slim to none nowadays. But to get great customer service from the very beginning even up to now is almost unimaginable, but yet Tiffany has never turned away from wanting to help me whether I was trying to find a better quote or just needed assistance with making a payment. I highly recommend this company!! They have been nothing but kind to me and absolutely helpful any time I've needed it. I just want to say thank you to the Goines Agency but most of all THANK YOU TIFFANY! I appreciate all your time and help!.

Allison was absolutely amazing to work with! She got back to me with a quote in record time and made the entire process so easy. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me—she just listened, answered all my questions, and found the best fit for my needs. Something I’d been putting off for months is finally done thanks to her efficiency and excellent service. Highly recommend working with Allison!
