The receptionists are friendly and attentive however there are some discrepancies in communication when it comes to communicating changes in one’s appointment ahead of time. The two male doctors that work on fillings are extremely rough & inconsiderate with the amount of pressure they apply against your gums & tongue with or without instruments. Each time that I’ve gone to them for a procedure, It was unpleasant or I cried as a result of their roughness & not the procedure itself. It feels like there is a lack of care each time & it may be due to having to see so many patients on a tight schedule but there is still no excuse. I felt the most comfortable & genuine care with their hygienist. She checked in with me in between cleaning. I tried to stick it out 3x after the first visit but each experience makes me dread the dentist because I know that I’m going to have to tap the doctors hand a few times to let them know that the pressure from their tools are really hurting me, tearing up from the roughness or a instrument or placed object is slipping towards my throat. I’m not happy here & decided to take my business elsewhere.

My visit was great. Always a knowledgeable staff. Mr Derek (hygienist) was very knowledgeable and gave me great feedback and tips on how to improve my daily dental routine. Thank you.
