Our guide Fahri and his team provided excellent and flexible service from start to finish. Everything was well organized, including transport, accommodation, guiding, and the choice of route. Having a private tour was very practical because we could choose the route and timing that suited us best. We selected the Torean route for the descent, and it was fantastic, especially the small, quiet camp in the middle of the trail (not on the official map, but I believe it is called Pelewangan). The food was plentiful and very good, the tent was spacious, and the mats and sleeping bags were warm and clean. Everything on the company’s side was handled perfectly. The only negative aspect of the hike was the trash at some campsites, but that is the responsibility of the national park and other trekkers. This company did not leave any waste behind. I hope Rinjani Trek Adventure continues to provide service at this level, and I can honestly recommend them.

Kudos to Rinjani Trek Adventure team and especially Ipan, our local guide and Surya & Ecal, the local porters for providing an excellent and well-memorised 3D2N Sembalun - Mount Rinjani - Torean package. For the second half of the journey, I had lots of difficulties descending, which made the journey much longer than expected, but the crew understood my situation and patiently helped me carry my backpack and reach the meeting points safely. We never stopped wow-ing by the quality and quantity of food offered. Apart from the main meals, snacks, water and soft drinks were provided throughout the journey. The team was also generous to provide us hiking accessories, e.g poles and head lights, which we could not bring from our home countries. The friendly crew never hesitated to answer our questions, and through their stories we had the chance to learn more about Lombok people and their cultures. The service deserves more than five stars and I definitely recommend Rinjani Trek Adventure for those who are about to visit Rinjani and look for a well-rounded catering package!
