Lea is AMAZING! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now for dysport and am happy with my results. I was nervous since I never had botox/dysport prior to seeing her but she is so knowledgeable and has the medical background (is a PA) that makes me feel safe. I would recommend Gattoni to anyone looking for any cosmetic services. You won’t be disappointed.

I booked a UltraClear laser consult with Abby and I was blown away by her warmth, presence, kindness, knowledge and how attuned she is. I spent almost an hour with her asking her questions and felt fully held, acknowledged, and like she had incredible options for me that were really in line with my objectives-services that she herself had received from her office within that same week. This is my third consult for this ‘project’ and when I walked out, I knew that Abby was absolutely the person I wanted to commission. She didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need like the level 3 coring (which an another office that I was highly considering did!) and was a resource for high end healing protocols/products as I recover from mohs surgery on my face and prep for laser here in a few weeks!! My first consult elsewhere with less advanced tech left me in tears. I walked out feeling discouraged, dismissed, and like my concerns weren’t taken seriously at all by a man who offered patriarchal energy that made me feel like a dumb damaged kindergartener. I am beyond thankful for these women and their talent, the technology they bring into our city and I couldn’t be more excited to commission them here in a few weeks! I had the best experience getting my chin filler and Botox done with Abby! She was incredibly sweet, compassionate, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She wasn’t pushy with treatments at all and genuinely listened to what I wanted instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. She walked me through my options, answered all my questions, and helped me achieve gorgeous, natural looking results. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the work she does. I highly recommend!

I went in for my final laser hair removal session on my legs and also had a brown spot laser treatment for my face. Abby was incredibly professional and went above and beyond—she gave me a heads-up before any stronger pulses or sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. I had this treatment last year as well and the results were amazing. I’m excited to watch my red and brown spots continue to fade and my leg hair disappear again. Highly recommend!

Abby and Leah are both absolutely wonderful. This was my first time seeing Abby, and I was so impressed by how genuine, meticulous, and thoughtful she was. She really took her time to assess, answer questions, explain options, and make recommendations without ever being pushy.

I recently started seeing Abby for pain management Botox. I’ve had worsening pain in my jaw due to clenching at night and lasting tension in my shoulders that had essentially left me with boulders. I sought out Gattoni when I legitimately could not sleep through the night because of my pain. During my consult Abby was so sweet, knowledgeable, transparent, and I felt 0 pressure to do anything. I ended up getting injections in both my traps and masseters. Although it was just the initial injection and the Botox took time to set in I felt immediate relief. I’ve never slept so well. Over the next two weeks until my follow-up I noticed myself continuing to experience pain in my jaw. As a result I ended up adding a little more during my appointment. I am very happy with my experience so far and would 100% recommend Abby and/or looking into Botox if you’re having severe pain like I have had.
