940 Roofing and Construction

We had many things that needed to be done and all in all we were pleased with the final results. The roof job was good and fast with no problems; the new fence that was put up was great and were pleased with the arrangement with the fence company and their employees; the patio cover was a challenge but after a few adjustments here and there it has turned out satisfactory (hopefully no more leaks); power washing and painting the deck took a while to get it finished but was acceptable and looked good; and the gutters that were finally put on needed follow-up with the installers and some post-installation changes were made and have been acceptable. The owner of the company was up front with us throughout all the tasks and he was helpful to get us settled with the insurance company after all the work was completed. We would certainly use 940 Roofing and Construction again in the future if needed.

Cole and crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I really like our new standing seam metal roof. We will never again have to put on those vastly inferior asphalt shingles. We'll be getting a premium reduction for our homeowners' insurance. Well worth the cost! Asphalt shingles are a terrible investment. Thanks' Cole.
