We have been waiting at 3Bears in Sterling for 7 hours. Mercedes is contracted with them and we needed a tow to Anchorage. No one showed up. They said it was cancelled. It wasn’t cancelled by Mercedes or by us. They stopped taking our calls and it goes to voicemail. Now after waiting for them for 7 hours have to start over with another tow company. Mercedes said they are filing a complaint. Also the call for this company said he couldn’t reach his own drivers. Can’t be true because this area has good service.

They were easier than they anticipated which was nice. They texted when they were on their way and when they were 5 minutes away. Very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Quick and easy.
