We have been waiting at 3Bears in Sterling for 7 hours. Mercedes is contracted with them and we needed a tow to Anchorage. No one showed up. They said it was cancelled. It wasn’t cancelled by Mercedes or by us. They stopped taking our calls and it goes to voicemail. Now after waiting for them for 7 hours have to start over with another tow company. Mercedes said they are filing a complaint. Also the call for this company said he couldn’t reach his own drivers. Can’t be true because this area has good service.

Was stuck out on the seward highway, alternator broke down. Called, they said they would show up within an hour. Charged $800. 3 hours passed, called back and they canceled with no reason. Did not get a refund. Entitled and conniving, this company did NOT do their job and left us stranded after paying. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would never recommend to anyone.
