9 Drains Plumbing Co.

I use 9 drains for all my rental properties. Tim is always on top of things and has my problem taken care of either that same day if not the next and has great pricing as well. I have had 9 drains do things as far as replacing main sewer lines under concrete and finishing out the concrete after to things as simple as a seal on a toilet. Hard to find a plumbing company that doesn’t give you the runaround and get issues taken care of as quickly as 9 drains. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

They came out on a Sunday morning and resolved our emergency. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. They were very thorough in their work and made sure that the problem was completely fixed. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

Tim and Tina SAVED us! We had a bad home remodel done by another company and Tim and Tina got super creative on how to fix our problem. The bad home remodel co didn't use correct piping on our new bathroom causing sewage to back up and food from disposal in kitchen to back flow into shower, sinks, and toilet. Called 9 Drains- and met amazing Tim. He came over at 9pm at night to fix our other bathroom- and we then asked him to check out that bathroom that was broke to see if he could fix it/ give us an estimate- he said he could fix the problem in two days by taking the plumbing from broken bathroom- re-route with correct sized piping, dig a trench and take around the house and connect to main septic line. Other plumbing companies were telling us they had to rip out both bathrooms and we'd have to move out of our home for 3 months- this man got it done in TWO DAYS, with minimal flooring ripped out and we were present in our own home with 3 dogs entire process! Our bathroom now works like a DREAM! Extremely professional, and I will ABSOLUTELY hire Tim and his wife again for ANY and ALL future plumbing/construction needs. They gave us a fair and in our eyes bargain price and they were extremely friendly and communacitive during the entire process. Thank you two again and especially Alex yall's helper for the project!

Tim was great! Gave a time to meet for the estimate, showed up on time, was very reasonable on the quote, and did a great job with no surprises. Cleaned up after leaving. Overall very professional and courteous. Very happy with the end result... hot water restored before having to take another cold shower and saved lots of money compared to his competitors!🙂

Came out the day after Christmas to solve a really bad problem--main line to the sewer was backed up. Fixed it in a very competent manner AND for the price he said he would do it for. Very professional and courteous.

The two guys that came to fix our pipes, not only did what two other plumbing companies couldn’t do, but they fixed the issue for cheaper, highly recommend this company.
