I’m absolutely fed up with this company. A few years ago, they did an excellent job fixing my hail damage — quick, professional, and my car looked brand new. That’s why I went back to them after my wreck in July. Huge mistake.
Things started out fine — they arranged a tow the next day and promised affordable repairs while working with my insurance. But after that, it turned into a nightmare. It took until mid-September (over two months!) to get my car back, and every time I checked in, I got the same excuses: “waiting on insurance” or “parts on back order.” After calling my insurance and other repair shops, it was obvious those excuses didn’t add up.
When I finally got my car back, it looked like it had been pieced together by someone who didn’t care. My bumper wasn’t secured properly and was literally hanging — I have no idea how they even drove it back to me that way. It was delivered late at night, so I didn’t see all the issues until the next day. The underside of my car was also hanging down. Completely unacceptable.
To their credit, they gave me a free rental while “fixing” their mistakes so I could make an upcoming trip. But when I finally got my car back again, it was dead! They had jumped it without even telling me, and this time, my bumper had been GLUED on. Yes, glued.
Their communication has been pathetic. The main person I dealt with completely ghosted me — no returned calls, no follow-ups. Every time I show up at the shop, I get the same song and dance about how “shocked” they are and “so sorry,” but then nothing ever happens. Meanwhile, my car is still not right, and we haven’t paid them a dime — nor will we until they make it right.
The company keeps blaming a “third-party mechanic,” but that’s not my problem. I hired them to repair my car, and their name is the one on the line.
After almost six months of dealing with this mess, I’m beyond disappointed. I went back because of good past work, but now I wouldn’t trust them to change a tire. This company needs to step up, own their mistakes, and actually take care of their customers — not string them along and hand back unsafe vehicles.
