Now this is a business and business owner I’ll fully support! 10/10 — highly recommend. Lau is a true master of his craft. He assisted me without hesitation and resized, soldered, polished, and deep-cleaned my mom’s ring to perfection — all in under 30 minutes. Incredibly professional, kind, and clearly passionate about his work. Just a genuinely good man making an honest living — treating people like people, not just dollar signs. Great prices, even better service. I’ll absolutely be back!

I had the best experience with Lau, the owner! I used ChatGPT to find someplace to change my Movado watch battery and he came up as highly recommended. I expected a long wait or to even have to leave my watch and return the next day, but he completed the job in minutes for a fantastic price! If you have any jewelry or watch needs, go see him! Great service, great prices, and he is very experienced! I will surely be back!
