Trusting someone to take care of your jewelry isn’t easy. After looking at a few different places and reviews, I chose ‘88 Trusted jewelry repair. Lau answered my phone calls and answered all my questions. I chose Lau based off his reviews. It was not a mistake. I needed a necklace repaired after the links snapped apart, it was a very thin chain. Going in he was super friendly and welcoming, along with a magnetic door lock-buzz to get in, very secure. I handed him the necklace, he examined it and went straight to work. Super fair pricing and only took 20 minutes or less. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs any assistance with jewelry. You can tell Lau cares about any service he is providing. Will be back again for anything jewelry related!

I am thrilled that I found Lau! He resized my engagement ring in the matter of about 1 hour!! Cleaned these necklaces, replaced my watch battery. And now he is making my custom platinum wedding band for a great price, since my engagement ring was a unique shape and I couldn’t find anything to match it. I found this business on google while I was visiting a friend who lives in the area. I didn’t think I would find a jeweler who would repair my necklace clasp last minute and on the spot, while I waited. So we called first, drove there and then walked in. It was an easy repair in just a couple minutes, as the spring inside was just stuck. I don’t know if the $15 charge is reasonable - but I really appreciated the quick, friendly service. Lau can be trusted with anything!!! Nothing existed to fit to my engagement ring, so he created a custom wedding band that would! Platinum to match my other ring! He made this happen in 3 weeks and cleaned many of my other jewelry along the way. Could not be more happy with how this turned out! Affordable, unique, and absolutely amazing!

Went in to get my chain fixed off of a opening, right when i got up to the service desk, the man instantly says it’s fixable, gives a fair price, and a time to come back and check in. Simple. Very well and quick service. Very pleased with the quality of the chain given back! Will return if needed!

Lau did an amazing job designing a one of a kind ring for me. He combined emerald earrings I did not wear because they were too small for my taste with a sterling ring I had. Then he added the gold from the earrings to make it two tone. It looks amazing. He is truly an artist!

I went to '88 Trusted Jewelry because they were close. My wife's wedding ring had the diamond pop out and FORTUNATELY, our son found it by stepping on it barefooted! Anyway, Lau immediately made me feel like I made the right choice in seeing him as he thoroughly explained what happened to the ring over the last 25 years (that the 6 "prongs" had worn down and needed to be built back up to properly secure the diamond), showed my where it had weakened, and what need to be done to repair it properly so I that I don't lose it again. He told me what the price would be and it seemed very reasonable. He even told me what he thought the increased valued of the ring is today and how he would make it just as good as new. Now I took this in as a walk in (on a Saturday) and since he knew how how it was my wife's birthday that day, he did the whole job in less than two hours. Not only was it fixed, but it looked BRAND NEW as he also buffed and polished it - he went above and beyond what I expected. The shop is super clean and secure but also very comfortable like a family business and not just a "company" with employees. I could tell right away how much he cares. I could go on and on but just trust me and trust Lau, as we are lucky to have him in our area. A great guy!

I needed to get my ring fixed and my boyfriend knew just the place. What an amazing experience I had. My ring was cracked and bent, needed desperate help. Lau took such good care of my ring. He examined it, told me when to come back and now look at it!! Looks new!! I’m so happy with the work. I love the custom work Mr. Lau did! I’ve been looking for half open gold ring, size 4.25 and you can’t find it anywhere even in luxury jewelry stores. I went to Brilliant Earth and other big Diamond stores, and they didn’t have my size, nor did they have open gold ring, and also didn’t have options for me to choose. I absolutely LOVEEEEE the intricate and delicate work he put into my wedding band, and my fiancé and I are so happy!!! Thank you again! It’s BEAUTIFUL! 🤍

Stopped by an hour before closing with a gold necklace I’ve had for 15 years. The chain had broken. They are in a central location and parking was easy. I was greeted kindly by Lau and told that if I wanted to hang around it would only take 10 minutes. I was able to sit and my necklace was done quickly as promised. Great value as well, only $35 to repair! Small price to pay for a valued piece of jewelry. Would come back in a heartbeat! There is a small fee for credit card so being cash if you can! Highly recommend
