I have been going to this shop for years and I would not take my watches any place else. I don't trust anyone else. For example; I remember taking a watch several times to another shop [down on Seminole Blvd] to be repaired. Each time I had to leave it at the store to then wait for them to call me when the watch was ready for pick-up. Every single time the watch would stop working in a matter of days after picking it up. So I decided to take it someplace else. I found this shop and Mr Lao went ahead and fixed the watch right there in front of me in a matter of 15 min !!!!! Just incredible....it's been a few years since then and I still take all my watches there. The gentleman knows how to build a watch. The watch knowledge the man possesses is next level. I very strongly recommend this shop.

I needed to get my ring fixed and my boyfriend knew just the place. What an amazing experience I had. My ring was cracked and bent, needed desperate help. Lau took such good care of my ring. He examined it, told me when to come back and now look at it!! Looks new!! I’m so happy with the work. Took my very old wedding ring in because it broke on the bottom and he fixed it right up! Even resized and polished it all under an hour 💫🫶🏼 I’ll be taking my other 2 back to get resized as well 🥳

if you need your jewelry fixed fast and beautifully, this is the best place. I brought a broken bracelet that needed soldering and a ring with loose prongs that he fixed right then and there. Took 10 min.
