Hands down the best company to use! From the communication to the organization, the team at 804 Party Rentals made my life so much easier. We had a corporate charity event and I was in a pinch. The owner was very quick to respond and the communication between us was always clear and accountable. They were very professional, kind and took the time to work out the logistics with suggestions and accommodations. Let alone, the pricing was affordable in comparison to other companies. We received a lot of compliments about the setup and quality of their equipment. What got me the most was how comfortable and at ease I felt with their customer service and we definitely need more of that in this world. Would definitely use them again!

I don't know where to start!! From the on time delivery of the tables and chairs I requested to the excellent customer service. Everything was precise and in order just as I had invisioned. I used 804 Party Rentals this past weekend for an event I hosted for family. With all the event planning that added unwanted stress it was such a relief to not worry about set up and break down of tables/chairs. Highly recommend and they certainly have a returning customer.

This place took it upon themselves to start packing up his tent 2 hours earlier than the agreed upon time. This was my wedding day!!! I got married, went to take pictures and then come back for a reception. Instead walk back to see stuff being packed up. So our guests thought it was over and left! Your company ruined our day! Ruined our memories! And still never came with the stuff that was agreed upon either, like heaters!! You know, to keep our guests warm in the tent you provided.......still in absolute shock at what your actions caused! Please understand I dont want anyone's else's great day ruined by a company that has thier own agenda. Please be cautious when using this company! We have asked for money back and no response from this company as well!! We had our once in a lifetime day brought to nothing within a hour! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!

We hired 804 Party Rentals to provide tables, chairs, and a tent for the celebration. The agreement was clear: setup from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Instead, they began packing up before 2:00 PM — while the wedding party was still taking photos. Yes, you read that right. While the bride was trying to capture memories, the venue was being dismantled around her. This wasn’t just poor timing — it was a complete disregard for the bride, her guests, and the once-in-a-lifetime moment we were all trying to honor. Ciani’s wedding day was cut short, and the emotional toll it took on her was heartbreaking to witness. What makes this worse? No one from 804 Party Rentals has responded to her repeated attempts to reach out. No apology. No explanation. Just silence. If you’re planning a wedding or any meaningful event, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. We paid for professionalism and respect — what we got was disruption and disappointment.

First, I want to thank 804 Party Rentals for making my daughter‘s wedding day a success. He reached out to ask if there was a time window that he could deliver the chairs and was there right on time. My wedding was in a historic garden so there had to be a precise pick up time. He was right there on time! He was very kind and professional and was appreciative of my business. The price was good and the chairs were perfect! I would recommend anyone do business with this company for your rental needs!

I attended a wedding on 10/25/25 where this company provided the tents and event setup. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The setup was supposed to remain in place until 4:00 PM, but everything was taken down around 1:45 PM—while the wedding party was still taking photos right after the ceremony. It felt very rushed and inconsiderate, especially during such an important moment for the couple. What should have been a joyful, relaxed time turned into a stressful situation. I truly hope this company takes more care in honoring their agreements and respecting their clients’ special occasions in the future. The bride and groom have reached out repeatedly to the owner and haven’t received any sort of response or compensation.

We rented out chairs and tables for my baby shower and let me tell you the process was very smooth and the delivery and pickup was quick as 1, 2, 3!!! Definitely will be renting again with the company for further events.

I just recently used 804 Party Rentals for my daughter's graduation party and the service was excellent. I called last minute on Friday looking for a table and chairs for Saturday and they were able to help me. They delivered them early Saturday and picked everything back up on Sunday. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
