5280 SealCoating

We had excellent service from Peter and the guys at 5280 Sealcoating. They were recommended to us by our neighbors who had their driveway done two years ago (which is still in excellent shape!). Peter was prompt with a “site visit”, notable because we live in the foothills up Golden Gate Canyon so sometimes difficult to contractors to come up. He provided us with three different quote options to solve the pot holes in our very old driveway. We agreed a date and they were on time and efficient in completing the job, the crew themselves were polite, respectful and efficient. We were also impressed with the thickness /amount of asphalt used. Afterwards Peter followed up promptly to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Our driveway now looks amazing, we went with a 2” overlay with extra for patching. All in all we are very happy with the job they did and we will be using them again in 6 months time to seal the driveway and to help maintain it in future.

The job was done perfectly and on time. Preparation is the most important thing that often goes unnoticed, yet takes the most time. Given the amount of preparation , I expect the asphalt to last for many years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a long overdue review. My job was done last fall. We had our driveway crack sealed and brush coated. The project held up very well through the winter months. No cracks opening and the surface just looks great now. I had a few hiccups at the end of the job which were well taken care of. 5280 is responsive and professional. They may be not the cheapest, but my work was well done. It is worth every penny. I will have them do another seal coating when it needs it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience with this business from the owners to the crew. They listened to my concerns after an issue with a large oil leak from one end of my very long driveway, to the other end. They made the driveway look great. I’m very happy with Chris and his crew.

5280 SealCoating did a wonderful job on our business parking lot. They were very prompt in coming out to look at our lot and Peter was very courteous and personable. I liked that I had a face to go with the person I had spoken with on the phone. As promised Peter presented me with an estimate by the following day. The estimate was very reasonable compared to others we had received. The estimate was very detailed and you could tell that they took pride in their work. Peter was available to answer any questions we had and was very clear about what he needed from us every step of the way. It was nice to see a familiar face when Peter showed up with his team to start working on the project that morning. Always great to have a personalized touch in a world that has become so out of touch. They did a thorough job cleaning the lot and spent the time to meticulously address and seal the cracks in our parking lot. They performed the work in the estimated time allotment which meant that access to our business was kept at a minimum. The final product was sprayed on thick and looked very crisp and clean. I would definitely recommend 5280 SealCoating to others.

Peter (owner) is very knowledgeable about all things road related. He conveyed our options clearly with transparent pricing. Once we selected his company to perform the work he and his team communicated well, performed the work exactly as planned and did a high quality job. We will not hesitate to use 5280 Seal Coat again.
