AJ and his crew were great! When cutting the hole there was a small mistake made but they stepped up and made it right. Really impressed but the quality of work and customer service. If you need an egress window hire 509. They are awesome

AJ was wonderful to work with: smart, sensible, and honest. 509 Concrete did quality work from beginning to end! We did egress windows for three basement rooms along the same wall-- so along with wonderful concrete cutting and egress window installation-- they also had to build a retaining wall. Due to some unexpected and out of place plumbing, the original plan had to be modified. AJ and his team made some quick adjustments and we still ended up with an amazing final product-- 3 bedrooms with egress windows and a slightly-modified retaining wall that looks beautiful and is totally functional! 12/10 would highly recommend!
