I have used 5 Star Luxury Transportation twice. The first time was an airport pickup which included my two grand-kids who needed booster seats. I was able to drop the seats off at his house and he had them in the car for them. The driver alerted my kids when she was there and they had no trouble finding the car. She was extremely courteous. The second time was to pick up my sister from an appointment and take her home. The owner, Stephen Allred, was the driver. My sister has dementia and he was extremely considerate of her needs. I was so happy with how this turned out, it will most likely be an ongoing transport. I can't give them a high enough recommendation.

We booked 5 star luxury to do a round trip airport transfer during the week of Christmas to take our kids on a surprise trip to Disney. We were so impressed with the quality and timeliness of the communication with the owners. They were very organized, responsive and meticulous in their planning as this was a holiday and airport transfers can be unpredictable. The car itself was a beautiful , clean and tech loaded SUV. Very spacious and able to accommodate two toddler car seats quite comfortably. Steven was very sweet and played Disney songs for us on the ride to the airport. On our trip back home, he was very precise and communicative on coordinating our pick up. We cannot wait to book them again!! So thrilled that 5 star luxury made our trip so much more special! 5 Star Luxury is the best of the best. Not only were they excellent with communication, their prices were reasonable and the bus was stunning. Steven transported my bridal party to pictures and then to the venue and then guests home to the hotel. He was so nice and had the party started when the groomsmen got on. He also was early! Thank you so so so much!!! We will definitely use again in the near future and have already started recommending them!

We had a great time!! It was our first time on a party bus, while it was only my husband and I and my granddaughter we enjoyed eggnog, treat bags and Christmas music the whole time. The party bus is beautiful! We loved Stowe Botanical Gardens. It was absolutely amazing with all the lights. We finished it off with a ride through Christmas Town, McAdenville. Excellent experience to and from the airport for my entire family!!! So clean spacious and comfortable even with all the luggage we were taking this trip. The ride was smooth both to and from the airport, conversation was perfect and the ambiance was just right when your that level of excited or tired.
