5 Star Luxury Transportation

Something has change within company lately. yes the ride comes on time, very nice comfortable cars, very reliable transportation. Years past Steven was replying very quickly or at least sent a generic reply saying, something like can’t text back but text you when time permits. or at least he had the read feature in the texts. Well this time Logan provided the service, which it was fine, ver courteous young man, on time, etc. But now they dont reply promptly, no acknowledgment of message read. i have been asking for an itemized bill, as the amount due is quite different and I am not saying I wont pay, I just need an itemized bill, but not even a quick thumbs up. Well I hope someone reply to my texts and inquires.

5 Star Transportation and Stephen made our annual pub crawl to Charlotte safe and fun! Stephen is so easy to work with and his busses are clean and well equipped with great music system and a cooler of cold water bottles. We have used 5 star a few times and plan on using them as much as we can. Lake Wylie is fortunate to have such a great option for transportation needs.

Excellent service received for my first lady's birthday celebration! Excellent communication, professionalism, respectful, on time and flexible with last minute location drop off change. Services will definitely be used again! Excellent customer service. Vehicle was immaculate.

We use this company for our business out in and rides to the airport. They always arrive on time and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

I have used 5 Star Luxury Transportation twice. The first time was an airport pickup which included my two grand-kids who needed booster seats. I was able to drop the seats off at his house and he had them in the car for them. The driver alerted my kids when she was there and they had no trouble finding the car. She was extremely courteous. The second time was to pick up my sister from an appointment and take her home. The owner, Stephen Allred, was the driver. My sister has dementia and he was extremely considerate of her needs. I was so happy with how this turned out, it will most likely be an ongoing transport. I can't give them a high enough recommendation.

We booked 5 star luxury to do a round trip airport transfer during the week of Christmas to take our kids on a surprise trip to Disney. We were so impressed with the quality and timeliness of the communication with the owners. They were very organized, responsive and meticulous in their planning as this was a holiday and airport transfers can be unpredictable. The car itself was a beautiful , clean and tech loaded SUV. Very spacious and able to accommodate two toddler car seats quite comfortably. Steven was very sweet and played Disney songs for us on the ride to the airport. On our trip back home, he was very precise and communicative on coordinating our pick up. We cannot wait to book them again!! So thrilled that 5 star luxury made our trip so much more special!
